In July 2003, RAMCO launched its first bi-monthly report on the real estate market in Lebanon, with unique insight into all segments of the property market, up-to-date monitoring of opportunities, risks, price trends and commentaries.  The report was halted in 2006, but the research behind it has never ceased. 

We have recently relaunched this report and renamed it The Quarterly.  You can download a soft copy of this in our Market Report section, alternatively drop us an email and we can arrange for a hard copy to be delivered to you.

RAMCO contributes a bi-weekly commentary on the real estate market to the L'Orient Le Jour newspaper and publishes an annual residential property review for Le Commerce du Levant magazine.  RAMCO also provides occasional commentaries for An-Nahar, Executive and Lebanon Opportunities.  Local and international news agencies regularly review RAMCO's research and solicit us on topics related to investment and real estate activity in Lebanon.
